RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At COOL KID, each piece is produced especially for you once your order is placed.

PERSONALISED ITEMS
Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

STANDARD ITEMS
Size exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to stock availability.
The customer is responsible for all return and reshipping costs associated with size exchanges.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
