SHIPPING POLICY

All COOL KID pieces are made to order.
To avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste, we work with a weekly pre-order system.

Pre-orders close every Sunday at 6 PM (Swiss Time).

Once the weekly batch closes, production begins and orders are prepared individually.

Estimated production+delivery time:
up to 15 business days after the batch closes. 

Note - You might receive your order earlier, depending on the collaboration of my two-year-old business partner and my 5-months-old assistant director.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country,  production volume, shipping carriers, customs procedures, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of the order.
Shipping rates may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the package.

Any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
